Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM for current customer relations, and for sales leads relations. We've been able to create several workflows for our success team, Sales team, and marketing team.
- Workflows
- List creation
- Matching audiences on Ad platforms
- It requires a good amount of self on-boarding
- In my opinion, sometimes it's hard to figure out, or remember, what contact parameters are under.
- Good ROI
- Save us time with automations
- Task reminders are huge for our teams
HubSpot CRM is more robust. We were scaling too big for Agile, at the moment.
