Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for current customer relations, and for sales leads relations. We've been able to create several workflows for our success team, Sales team, and marketing team.
  • Workflows
  • List creation
  • Matching audiences on Ad platforms
  • It requires a good amount of self on-boarding
  • In my opinion, sometimes it's hard to figure out, or remember, what contact parameters are under.
  • Good ROI
  • Save us time with automations
  • Task reminders are huge for our teams
Easy once you take the time to learn, but you have to spend some time doing that in my opinion.
HubSpot CRM is more robust. We were scaling too big for Agile, at the moment.

Great product, scalable, good support and online how-to's, but requires a good amount of set-up and training to get the most out of the system. You also have to create design templates and have them ready which usually requires a design team. So it is great but can be too big for some of my peers.
