Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

We use IBM Process Mining to make a diagnostic about the process and to identify diferents problems. The tool is very simple to apply, to up the data set and to make the BPMN diagram. We analyze a process about foreing trade and could identify lost time in the stage of transfer and rework in the stage to assign task. Starting from this, we worked in diferents solutions in the process to improve that.

The support provided by IBM is excellent. We are very satisfied with how they respond to our questions and needs. They have given us training with a team of specialists who were very good for us. On the other hand, the manuals, videos and documentation that they gave us helped us a lot in the implementation of the tool and in our knowledge.
We selected IBM Process Minging because is simple to apply but is very powerful and have a lot of options and funtionalitys. The other reason is in relation to the cost, which is more convenient than the others
