An easy to use online library to share your content in the most user-friendly way

Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay

We use it to facilitate the content exchange between the consultancy company I work at and the client we work for. It is very easy to use and the fact that it lets you upload folders directly is definitely a time saver. We upload mainly images and videos and it is our most frequently used tool to share any kind of content.

Drive is good but the way to find and organize folders is less user-friendly. SharePoint is not user-friendly at all. We Transfer is easy to share and download once but not as a permanent online library. I really think Image Relay is the best option to create a common space online.
Because it's very easy to understand, the whole journey is user-friendly, it helps us out a lot with sharing materials and final deliverables, and works as an online library that lets us work remotely with a laptop instead of needing big storage desktop units. It is also very tidy and helps us be organized.
I have never needed to contact the support of Image Relay, so I think that speaks for itself. It works in an easy way and we have never experienced any issue during the two years I've personally been working with it. No need to rate the support is the best way to rate the support!

It is a perfect fit to share audiovisual content - videos, photos, creative pieces, and so on between different organizations or as an online library for your own company so you can have access from wherever you are. It is less appropriate to share content just once, with someone you don't want to have permanent access to your documents.
