Our organization uses Indeed to hire in-house employees for all departments. We also use Indeed to hire remote employees in other parts of the country. We screen potential applicants based on qualifiers that we specify then narrow them down with some of the different testing and communication features that Indeed currently offers.

- Has a built-in scheduler for setting up interviews.
- Can save templates for communication.
- More flexibility in the interview scheduler other than 30 minute increments.
- Make it easier to keep unqualified applicants from applying to positions.
- Require applicants to provide key info on resumes.
- Have a reminders feature to check listing and correspondence.
- I have found long term employees that have stuck with our business resulting in lower turnover.
- I have found better quality employees.
- I have found more experienced employees.
