Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We used Influitive as our customer advocacy platform. It was primarily run by the Marketing team. We used it to engage with our customers and give them one area to find surveys, education, swag, help articles, etc. Overall, our business solution was looking to engage our customer community in a one-stop-shop.
  • The interface is easy to use.
  • Setting up campaigns was fairly easy.
  • There were always new features getting released.
  • Better integrations to other tools.
  • Duplicating existing campaigns is not super easy.
  • More personalization and customization for campaigns.
  • Increased customer engagement.
  • Increased data collection.
  • Improved customer retention.
The support team was always very helpful and quick in their responses. Our CSM was also very helpful and continued to show us new, innovative ways that we could leverage Influitive's platform and new releases. Those teams were a highlight of using Influitive. Thank you so much to support and CS!!
We originally had the community portion setup then turned it off as customers weren't utilizing it as much as we had hoped. We did benefit greatly from the customer advocacy portion of Influitive and kept up using that area for customers. Many companies could benefit from using both systems together.
Our community was originally based out of Slack. As our customer community grew, it was essential that we create a space for the community to prosper. We chose Influitive since it had both the advocacy and community portions built-in together. Slack was not able to host the advocacy program that we wanted.

Influitive is great if you're looking for an easy, one stop shop to start a customer community. It offers ways for customers to engage with content in a fun, gamified way. The community discussion area was not as intricate as other platforms and we found that our customers barely used it.
