Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is being used by our whole organization. We are a start-up Marketing company that was looking for a trustworthy CRM program.
- Lots of filter options!
- Automatically pulls contact Social Media profiles!
- Sends email confirmations when uploading a .CSV doc with specifics on who was uploaded, any skipped, dupes etc.
- So many pop-up screens on one page can get cluttered.
- Each column has to be manually adjusted to view contents each time.
- Increased Sales
- Centralized contact management
- Streamlined business processes
Still experimenting with Insightly and all its capabilities! So far, goals are achieved.
More options with Insightly but could be more organized!
