Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
It was an HR tool that was used all across the organization. Our team used it to keep track of applicants, notes within the interviewing process and gave room for managers to share their feedback on candidates as well. Helped solve the challenges of sifting through applicants and making good use of everyone's time.
- Keep track of applicants.
- Entering notes in the system based on specific interviews.
- Able to auto-share open positions through social media platforms to encourage applicants.
- I know there were some difficulties in the back-end/HR side of things, but I'm not familiar with them.
- Keeping applicants moving fast through the process
It gives our HR team more capabilities as it relates to applicant tracking, reporting, and overall usability for a growing company. The more open requisitions, the more challenging it becomes for all players involved to really be on the same page and know what departments may need additional help as they grow.
