Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

We were looking for a tool to handle messages from all our customers or leads from different channels like social media, WhatsApp business, email, and website forms. We want to hear from our customers from whichever medium they prefer. And for that, we need a tool where our support team can handle all such messages from a simple place. Khoros Care is a good fit for this need.

It has all the features that are required to handle the volume. Be it in terms of agents, channels supported or integration with other tools and internal systems.
It has API options for integration with CRM tools. It also has options to set up automation, custom flows, and more. It is very easy to integrate all support channels, but to setup automation and some specific use cases, you may need technical help. It may take some time in case you want customize the things.
Khoros is a well-known provider. It has a good support system. Known for its enterprise scalability, social listening, and AI based automation.

It is integratable with other CRMs also. It has APIs, custom tagging, and automation options as well. However, it may take a long time and technical help to set up the whole thing.
