Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

We mainly utilize Khoros to streamline our massive amounts of inbound across varying social channels, review sites and accounts. Khoros allows for ease of answering all within one view while also being mindful of where the comments and messages are coming from. we can prioritize channels/streams (for example, paid social) and minimize lesser important channels (YouTube)

There are other portions of Khoros that we currently utilize that we may be looking to other competitors for options/pricing so Care would go along with that. While we love the functionality of Care, khoros as a whole is one of our most costly software we are under contract for.
As we grow and continue to have massive amounts of inbound it would be nice to be able to auto-label, auto dismiss nonsensical type stuff that comes through versus it being so manual. Having one inbox for multiple people to work from would be beneficial as well, we all have our own and it does not auto update unless you refresh.
Account authentications happen all the time for no rhyme or reason. There have also been issues with admin levels differing and while one individual is pinged to authenticate the system won’t allow them to. It causes tons of back and forth internally and is a huge time suck for our team and others.
Like I said before, the inbox view with all accounts is the primary reason we selected and continue to work with Khoros. They actually have a worse api than competitors so the reporting function is definitely not one of the reasons we stay. Inbox care only. Nothing more nothing less

The ability to handle all inbound in one place while also labeling is hugely helpful. We have a variety of brands/channels (over 50) that we manage so being able to use one system to track everything is a time saver. the labeling system has come in handy for when corporate wants to review a specific promotion (buzz) or a particular PR event.
