Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for cybersecurity training and phishing e-mail tests. We require all users to take training twice each year and within 30 days of hire.
  • Great cybersecurity training content.
  • Great customization tools.
  • Excellent randomized phishing tests.
  • Comparison of your company's risk score to others in your sector.
  • While the content is fantastic, making it available in more languages would be great.
  • The phishing notification button for Outlook should be in the individual e-mail.
  • Educate users on good security practice.
  • Helps protect company assets and data.
  • Reduce the likelihood of a breach.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has the highest number of training modules with most popular language translations. They update their content continuously which makes choosing the modules we use for our user base much easier. If you have the employee reporting hierarchy set up in AD, you can notify managers when employees don't complete their training in time. There's also a lot of flexibility in creating reminder notification e-mail messages. You can set up as many as you like. If you have dynamic AD groups, new employees can automatically be enrolled in training as soon as they're hired.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

Quality is excellent. The training is offered in multiple languages (a "must" for our company as we have users in Germany, China and Japan) and according to our users in those regions, translations are excellent. Our users find the modules interesting and engaging. These qualities improve retention of training which translates to a safer, more secure organization.
Consistent statistics across both security and compliance make it much easier to present this information to our board.

Aside from excellent quality, the quantity of features and options make it a great choice.
KnowBe4 has more content with various language translations. We used another brand that had many less options and features. This translates to better value for the price.

Training modules are easy to navigate and the Q & A is excellent.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Support

Support is responsive (usually within 10-15 minutes). They will call you if you request and always follow up to confirm that the issue has been resolved. One of the better support models I have seen! Complex issues can take longer but they have always been resolved.
