KnowBe4 User Management

Initially, we pulled and import users and groups from our on-prem AD. This, as you can imagine, is a time-consuming activity prone to manual errors. Currently, we evolved and use Azure as our identity provider. We connected KB4 and Azure and leverage SSO and SCIM. This allows us to not only seamless manage users/groups provisioning and deprovisioning but also sync very important attributes from users as Location, Department and Manager that we need for several of the workflows we have in place for this process.

We report to executives our campaign results based on the following metrics:

If you need a quick turnaround for Security Training Implementation, don't look anywhere else. KnowBe4 is a strong candidate. Quick to implement, easy for the end users, and it won't break your bank account.

Usability

I wish I could leverage this platform for some internal trainings, however, it's not that easy to upload and manage own content. Maybe I'm asking too much out of a SaaS platform.
