We use KnowBe4 for security awareness and HR training. It addresses our need to educate our employees on both cyber threats to our organization and also company protocol around many HR topics.

Users are far more equipped to defend against many sorts of attacks.
User management is handled through email registration. We've attempted to configure a single sign-on with Microsoft AD but have had trouble. Doesn't seem to be as smooth as a setup as other single sign-on setups.
A clear understanding of how many and which users may need more attention.
Our organization is spread out across the country with many workers still remote. KnowBe4 has been able to effectively provide our users with the much-needed training around these subject matters. The user interface is very friendly for all technical levels of employees. Because we use KnowBe4 for both our HR and IT training our users are familiar with the branding and functionality.
