- Great tool for assessments & development Profile, awesome graphs and highly customizable
- Internal surveys as one of the most used feature, use of visuals to represent data is very impressive
- Integration with Slack keeps me updated so emails are not lost in the sea of unreads
- A personalized "To Do" list helps me save time.
- Setting up a meeting on Leapsome for assessment was tiresome, good tool but needs to have better UX
- The goals feature needs to be expanded a bit more
- If it can be integrated with project management tools, that would be awesome
- Assessment
- Survey
- Instant Feedback
- Get to know the company pulse, we can't put a ROI there
- Assessments are easier and documented
- Feedbacks are a great way to see engagement between employees
Leapsome had much more flexibility in terms of configuration. We could add specific questions in surveys that need to ask, as well as select questions suggested by Leapsome or earlier asked questions.
The output of the survey is amazing as well, its graphical, lets us know the tone of employees and individuals.
