Easiest way to get your emails tested [with] multiple clients!

Our company helps other companies collect feedback from their customers using a set of different channels. One of the highly used channels is email. We send emails to ask the customer to provide feedback. Each email needs to be unique to the brand and company it is going out to collect feedback for. While we do get the design recommendations from our client, we need to work on implementing them in our system so that we can send them out. While building these email templates for our clients, we depend heavily on Litmus for its ability to show how the template would look across different email clients. Litmus makes it easy to find design issues and clear them.

Litmus helped us make sure all the emails we are sending out are tested [with] all the current email clients and work as per our expectations. Building email templates, while supporting the legacy email clients as Outlook 2003 has always been a challenge. We keep getting UAT feedbacks for these email clients, which would have been impossible (or extremely hard) to debug and fix without Litmus.

I don't think we have been using the Litmus collaborative feature to the fullest, but [it] has been helpful for us anyways!

Currently, once we get the requirements, the email template is built by the team.
These templates are tested in Litmus, which can be shared as a link to the testing team.

Once tested, PM can approve and share feedback before we finally send it back to the clients.
