Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

[LogicMonitor] is our unified infrastructure monitoring tool, before we had [LogicMonitor] there were multiple monitoring tools sending signals where our SRT folks have to spend some time log in each tool to gather more data, making LM as one unified Infra monitor tool has reduced MTTR, This also reduced our administrative over head as this is a SAAS platform.

One of our main objectives while choosing a next gen monitoring platform was scalability in that regard we were not interested in legacy on prem solution and SAAS model was our preferred solution which supports rapid scalability when needed. Another important objective was to spend less time administrating the tool and spend more time on getting relevant metrics from our apps and tools. [LogicMonitor] exceeded our expectation on both these front and numerous out of the box support for our apps and services made us go with [LogicMonitor].
Support from [LogicMonitor] is excellent, they provide chat support right from the portal, no more logging into separate portal to reach out to support and time to speak with an LM agent is very low, maximum I had to wait is around 3 mins which is awesome. I really like the way they follow up even if there is a bug they don't just close the ticket stating there is a bug they follow up and inform you when the issue is resolved.
We have a mix of on prem and cloud resources with plans to move completely to cloud in the future, and have nearly 2000 servers and and 1000 plus network equipment's which are distributed geographically all over the world, we have both on prem applications and saas applications in our environment which is being monitored by [LogicMonitor].
Actual deployment of [LogicMonitor] was absolutely easy all we had to do was have few collectors and rest everything were on SAAS platform, one of the main reason we chose [LogicMonitor] was it reduced our administrative over head, I used to spend nearly 30 to 50% of my time administrating my old legacy on prem monitoring tool which is reduced to 2 to 5% after implementing LM.
You betcha! We have consolidated 4 different monitoring tools with [LogicMonitor] and also greatly reduced our SRE's MTTR since they don't have to log into multiple tools to get important metrics when they are handling issues. Another important feature is ease of creating dashboards, this helps to provide and quick overview of the landscape of our applications and infrastructure for our SRE's.
[LogicMonitor] is a awesome infrastructure monitoring tool, it support's various tools and technologies out of the box which is a huge plus. Since this is a SAAS platform this has greatly reduced our administrative overhead and helped us concentrate on bringing in various metrics from different devices and applications which is a good thing.
