Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We're using Lucidspark in the marketing team. We use the product to brainstorm campaign ideas, draw up landing page wireframes, and plan timelines.

Other than the main use cases, we've used the product to play games with our colleagues and used to the tool to collaborate with external designers.

  • Easier collaboration

Lucidspark has a very simple interface. It's not too hard to learn if you've used Microsoft paint before. Though it might get hard for folks who haven't ever seen tools like Figma since they might lack context on certain buttons.

But yeah if you're new to the product, it shouldn't take more than an hour to get expert at using it.
We've not used this feature enough. But we've linked the product to our slack to we get a ding whenever there's an update on a note. Again since we haven't used it enough, it hasn't made a major impact yet.
The tool has never failed me. There's no lag even when working with a large group. The tab where the product is open does eat a lot of ram but that's very common with SaaS tools off late. But thanks to the low lag and high reliability i don't have to worry about crashes or bad experiences when using the product.
I have never reached out to Lucid support.

I mean Figma is better in every way. But it's too advanced for most users. Plus the product ends up lagging every now and then which has made us not use it regularly for brainstorming.
Lucidspark is best suited for marketing, product management and design related tasks. It helps people quickly jot down ideas and work through then in real time across the globe.

The product is also good for async collaboration between the team. Ideas can be managed/edited by anyone in the team.
