LumApps serves a dual function at Instructure, both as the intranet and an internal revenue enablement knowledge base to support our global sales and customer success teams.

  • I would like to see a widget that can be embedded on a page to have users acknowledge proprietary information before the content on that page becomes visible.
  • LumApps has created a one-stop-shop for both the company intranet and the Revenue Enablement site, saving employees valuable time when doing their daily work.
The set up and deployment of Lumapps was a seamless process. Due to Okta and Google integrations, the implementation of Lumapps was a huge success.
Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - The user interface was very easy to customize. This allowed our company to leverage its own branding and create a beautiful internal site for our employees, who are our internal customers just as our public facing site is well designed for our external customers.
Our organization selected LumApps for its customizability, integrations with the Google suite, Slack, etc., in addition to the customizable meta-data that would allow for a unique user experience for our global teams so that users in the Latin American region, for example, would no longer be inundated with content that did not apply to their region or market.

With its customizable meta-data, I was able to create over 700 pieces of content to deploy a regionalized user experience for our global sales and customer success teams. No longer were employees inundated with content that did not apply to their region or market. With LumApps’ best in class functionality, the integrations that our organization uses, such as Google and Slack were easily integrated within LumApps to create a seamless user experience for a global audience.
