Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

It was very easy to implement. It was just a matter of creating an account and logging in. Lusha is very easy to use. Our team had very little issues getting used to the platform. It is very user friendly, and I found support to be very responsive through our time using Lusha.
One of the main problems we faced before using Lusha was increasing our volume of colder leads. Initially, we planned to use Lusha to import new leads into our CRM for our sales team to reach out to. It did a good job adding lead volume in our CRM. Additionally, we also use Lusha to uncover additional contact info for our current leads using Lusha's extension on LinkedIn mostly.

  • Some of our sales team were locked out of their account due to high activity (even though we have an unlimited plan)
  • Occasional Inaccurate data
  • We have found a decreased scheduled meeting ratio with Lusha leads.
  • Increased lead volume, but we have had difficulties getting those leads to schedule meetings.
  • Increased rate of connecting with warmer leads since we now have the ability to get direct contact information.
For the pricing, Lusha has done a good job getting accurate data into our CRM. Not only through the platform directly, but also on other sites using Lusha's extension. I would really like to try the buyer intent or technology used feature to get even more valuable data, but purchasing an add on tool without see how it is used is just something I cannot do.
Lusha is definitley a more cost effective platform than Zoominfo. If you are just looking for contact info relating to a lead, I would recommend Lusha over Zoominfo strictly due to cost. However, with the higher cost, Zoominfo does have great functionality and additional features/tools that Lusha does not provide. I have seen Loxo's platform in the past. I found the data to be very inaccurate and not user friendly whatsoever.

Lusha is a good tool to increase your lead volume with good filtering capabilities. So you can accurately target your desired customer. It is also good for finding additional contact info online for current leads. However, I may not recommend Lusha to a company that only focuses on very small businesses because there is a high chance a small business may not have their contact info listed in Lusha.
