Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is currently being used within several departments to conduct surveys and manage and track all responses in one single place. Because of it's ease of use and minimal required training it was easy to hit the ground running. We also use it to manage our mailing lists.
- Very easy to setup up and be self taught
- Excellent user interface that is visually pleasing and intuitive
- Very handy reporting and tools to track results real time
- Would like to see some of the high end features in some of the lower cost point memberships
- Mailchimp has helped us get a better understanding of what our customers want
- After just a few surveys we had valuable data we could work with and make sound business decisions with
- Has helped to streamline our subscriber base and make sure the correct people are being asked to correct questions
Although both programs pretty much offer all the same technology and work extremely well Mailchimp wins out with it's user interface and user friendly templates and layouts.
The fact that Mailchimp has completely changed the way we manage our customer base when it comes to getting information and campaigns to the correct individuals only has made it worth the purchase. What only one person used to do in a very manual way several people in the office can do easily at the same time. We get our message out on time and track real-time results and responses in many easy to read formats that our executives love.
Mailchimp has made it easy to launch some very successful campaigns and also help us collect very useful and valuable information from our customer base. With this info we've been able to continue to tweak and edit our message to make sure it's reaching the correct audience to have the most amount of impact. We just wished we'd starting using it sooner.
