Overall Satisfaction with MailTrack

MailTrack was used individually by me mostly to track email opens. It was used sparingly by limited members of no particular team when we didn't have a proper product in place to track email opens.
  • Very accurate email open triggers.
  • I also like the green tick and how it mentions how many times individual emails in a thread have been opened and which haven't been. You can resend the email that probably hasn't been read or hasn't been read by enough people.
  • MailTrack in its existing form and use cases does what it is supposed to, but most products help track email opens, which is why you can use any alternatives with a lot of other features, e.g. Mixmax, thus they need to improve and add a lot of features.
  • Because of mail tracking and open details, I have been able to have better conversations with clients and the data on how many of my emails get opened, I am able to judge my relationship strength with clients.
MailTrack is free to use in its limited use case, which is why it was it was selected before any other products at an individual capacity. It's super easy to use and I find it very accurate in doing what it's supposed to do. It's like the Apple of mail tracking, it just works. I have yet to see the paid version. We took the other because it was decided by the organization and made more sense to the existing setup with SFDC.
I never had to use support which is great. I am sure they'd have been prompt because it's a good user experience overall dealing with MailTrack. Easy installation and easy to set up and it simply works without much of a trouble.

Do you think Mailtrack delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Mailtrack's feature set?

Yes

Did Mailtrack live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Mailtrack go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Mailtrack again?

Yes

When you need a free email tracking tool, I find MailTrack the best. When you want to pay for one, you might want to look at products that provide more features, and which one makes the most sense will also depend on which other CRMs you use. I have yet to see the paid version which might have as many features as others but we never evaluated the full product features.
