Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We use it to livestream classes, host meetings, as our main phone service, and to communicate with students and other faculty by messages.
- Video conferencing
- Microsoft forms
- Voting
- Sharing screen
- Displaying multiple things at once, i.e. participants, chat, main screen, etc.
- Notifications. Currently, there are multiple notifications for the same thing, such as a phone call. They could be put in one place
- There could be a frequently used teams window.
- Allowed us to teach during the pandemic
- Facilitated our meetings and we are still using it for that purpose
- Students like it
- Skype and Zoom
Microsoft Teams is better than Zoom by a factor of two at least. It integrates well with other Microsoft products that we use.
