Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across the whole origination and with clients. Miro is used to running co-working workshops, planning projects, scope work, displaying marketing results, and more. The problem Miro addresses is that it’s really quick and simple to get in and out of different boards with multiple users which means we can all be within the same board at once without having to set up much.

Pros

  • Co-collaboration.
  • Displaying files.
  • Link sharing.

Cons

  • Fonts.
  • Copy & pasting from pdf.
  • Colour selecting.
  • Clients like it
  • Allowed us to work remotely
  • Quicker access to files
N/A - I wasn’t involved in the set up.
I haven’t used Miro for integration.
Miro has definitely allowed us to work remotely where not usually possible.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is much better in terms of co collaboration and being able to work together on post notes, all commenting, etc. However, it would be great to see Miro improve their design functionality.
Miro is great if we’re delivering a presentation and multiple people are needed to make notes. However, often it’s hard to brand these as per the client because of font selection, colour usage - if you take Figma for example. It has similar functionality to Miro but much more functionality when it comes to branding.
