Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using it for project management that involves multiple people. The participants are from within our umbrella organization but are located at various universities across the country. We use it to communicate collaborative ideas, resources, and project mapping.
  • Project mapping.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Highlighting communication and links.
  • It can get a little jumbled-looking.
  • The zoom in and out feature is a little clunky and not easy to use.
  • Improved ability of collaborators to see the bigger vision of the project.
  • Provides one place to house links to documents for cross-sub team reference.
Again, I think the biggest issue is keeping it from being confusing with multiple notes written by many people.
Miro involves more training than using a shared drive on Google.
It provided a shared platform for a national project with widely dispersed team members working on different parts of a whole.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

No

I think it works best for smaller teams of people, rather than larger teams. I say this because with our big team of 20+ people the board gets disorganized pretty quickly. However, this could be user error/misunderstanding and maybe we need more training on how to use all the features.
