Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in my organization to facilitate virtual, online brainstorming sessions and map out business processes. We use it within our team and across teams and departments.
  • Keeps ideas organized yet allows for updates as plans evolve.
  • Allows for real-time collaboration that prompts great discussions and problem-solving.
  • It is a little bit slow and clunky - I would like to see it be much quicker.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Facilitates asynchronous collaboration.

We have done lots of asynchronous mapping and synchronous brainstorming. It facilitates this very well.

While Miro is a little bit slow and clunky when trying to quickly create a mind map, it is an amazing collaborative tool for breaking down silos and working across the organization.
