Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for collaboration, project management, and design/architecture. We like it because it is flexible and relatively quick to learn. There are tons of plugins for various other applications and are accessible to everyone from project managers to application architects.

It helps a lot in online meetings, allowing folks to take notes and collaborate on ideas in real-time.

I didn’t get to be a part of the selection, but I think Miro does bring a wider range of offerings than Lucidchart.
It’s great for meeting collaboration. It can be used for architecture and design but I find Lucidchart and draw.io are better for those. It can also be used for project planning and management, but again I think there are better alternatives there. It’s great if you need a catch-all for small projects!
