Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My department uses Miro to collaborative strategize new initiatives and to gather feedback on existing projects. Most recently we used Miro for an end-of-year feedback collection exercise to assess general employee satisfaction and to help increase retention for the upcoming calendar year. Miro is very helpful, especially given the remote nature of my team.

Single sign-on through Okta was clunky, it wasn't clear at login how to use it. Not very easy to get started, but once up and running it was very effective
I was not exposed to any integrations.
I have not attempted to collaborate on new projects.

Setup for the team is not easy, but once everyone is in the tool is very engaging and the team seems to enjoy the sessions.
