Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for the digital and customer experience team. Our team had a strong need for having a use case for solving for the documentation of user flows and customer journeys and this tool comes with great intuitive features and is very easy to use. We would highly recommend this tool!

Great support from their account in onboarding and setting it for success.
Super easy and intuitive without any support.
Location is definitely not a concern with this tool as we all are collaborating in real-time using this tool.
