Overall Satisfaction with Miro
The newly introduced working from home also introduced the problem that creative sessions and trainings could not be held in a classroom anymore. We tried to replace that physical classroom with Miro, allowing people to join from other locations or from home office.
That worked out surprisingly well. One of the main applications is writing stuff on (virtual) cards at the same time.

Pros
- Multi mouse cursors!
- Time management.
- Generating a good overview.
Cons
- A voice/video chat would be great.
- Screen sharing.
- We mostly use it for creative processes where we can include more people then before, but that's hard to measure.
It's a big step in the right direction regarding new work and working from home. It gives us much more flexibility to integrate people from all over the world in create processes than a physical classroom. I think we have yet to roll it out for more areas of work to get the full benefit.
