Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I used Miró to design innovative solutions for my business. We specifically used it to design the future scope of our ideas, and we used it on a daily basis for around than 5 people. It is useful as well as simple to use for people that are not working in a tech-related field.

It is simple to explain and to use independently of your previous knowledge of other technologies or your familiarity with tech tools.
This was the main purpose of its implementation and in our case it fitted perfect what we were looking for in it

It is not appropriate if you want to use it for a very very large organization, but it works well for a few people (in case there is an agreement in keeping some order on it, in order case it may be counterproductive). In my experience, all departments had their own ideas in the same Miró and we all could access each others' plans, which was very beneficial.
