Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are implementing new changes in our company and we are using a more bottom up approach by gathering input and idea from project team and also people who are impacted by the change. We use Miro to facilitate workshops for brainstorming and input/ feedback and also to help us put our ideas in structure. This helps us to have better understanding to our impacted users and better planning for change management
- Able to add tags to sticky notes
- Easy to duplicate template or sticky notes
- Easy to navigate and design
- Show the password already set in the board; sometimes we forget what are the password when you have a lot of boards
- You can still move the board even when they are locked (for e.g., by using the arrow keys in the keyboard)
- Have the option to duplicate locked object (maybe only allow board owner to do it)
- Increased efficiency in decision making
- Improved team productivity by improving the planning process
- Improved alignment between global and regional teams
It helps us to have more effective meetings by having clear output/ call-to-actions; helps us to get to know each other (fun ice breaker set from Miroverse); allow us to gather different thoughts and perspectives; make it easier to consolidate output as they are all in digital form; more sustainable choice as not wasting paper or sticky notes
