Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to diagram workflows, brainstorm ideas, visualize problems and solutions and to document product requirements and user stories. Authoring user stories is very easy with Miro. We have a template created and we can quickly and easily populate the stories with the rules and scenarios. Miro is then used when collaborating with the development teams to help them visualize and understand the story along with any related workflows. Miro helps to aid in the collaboration across the various roles on the team, especially since we are located across several time zones.

Miro has been a game changer! Collaborating is extremely easy and allows for everyone to participate. Better solutions are identified quicker when using Miro.
Miro is much easier to use for everything. Miro is much more intuitive and easier to learn. The only thing I would use Figma for over Miro is for complex/pixel perfect UX designs and prototyping.

Yes

Miro is well suited for brainstorming, diagraming, requirements documenting and collaborating in general.

Miro can be used for wireframing and the tools and widgets that exist are very helpful for quick discovery type of wireframing, but other tools are more robust for real UI/UX creation.

Using Miro

Overall the product is very easy to use. There are a few times where the performance could be a little better, which is why I gave it less than 10.
