We use monday.com within our marketing department to manage our marketing projects. We use it to keep all projects on track and to keep users accountable for their tasks in each project.
- Boards are easy to set up once you have done a few
- Most questions are answered by using their search function
- If you have questions, you may contact monday.com directly and they answer quickly
- They are always rolling out new things to make it more user friendly
- The template function isn't as user friendly as I'd like
- I'd like to be able to move items to a new board without creating the board first
- When looking at "My Week," I'd like to always see my deadlines first without having to choose myself
Overall performance is great; I use it every day to keep me on track.
