Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to manage two main types of activities; projects and tasks. It is used by about 80% of our organisation. Monday.com enables us to organise tasks so that our strategy and goals are achieved. In the absence of monday.com, we were using Excel spreadsheets and shared documents, which were very cumbersome and not very up to date. Monday.com helped us achieved timeliness and completion of tasks. There is satisfaction in ticking off items as 'Done' and then seeing projects on their way to completion.
- Managed distinct task items as we're able to break it down further, instead of just a goal item.
- Enable accountability as we're able to see who'd been assigned tasks.
- Ease of having all updates on a task in one place for all team members to see.
- Helped us manage helpdesk type requests in a timeline manner.
- The sub-item feature is particularly useful, however the ability to have the column title duplicated to each sub-item would be useful.
- A dashboard option for each board would be helpful to see task statuses on the board; how many tasks/items are in various statuses, etc.
- Monday.com enable us to track tasks properly so that nothing is missed.
- Unless a team member is using monday.com actively, messages and updates will get lost in emails (i.e Outlook).
Monday.com is highly reliable in its uptime and response times. Team members see updates in monday.com in real-time. It is easy to set up and use across most of our team.
