We us monday.com to organise deals that come across our desks. monday.com enables us to monitor who is working on specific project and how far along they are. It also enables us to keep track of deadlines and ensure work in completed on time. The intuitiveness of monday.com always us to categorise work based on how far along it is whilst also keeping track of time spent on a project and thus how much we should be recouping from clients.

It is completely useable and functional. I think its easy to pick up for anyone with the ability to filter and colour super quicky and simple. The only things I would say is there is so much more to unlock which is a bit daunting so it should be clearer/easier to filter and to tell what you are filtering

The features of monday.com work perfectly and efficiently with no material errors encountered yet. The experience has been seamless and we will continue to use it indefinitely. The only thing is the ay data can exported can sometimes be clunking and difficult to format so this may need a bit of work

monday.com helps us keep track of new deals we have coming in. We are able to list the deal, provide notes on it, show where it came from and from who and decide the next steps. The notes section allows for useful discussion should any circumstances around the deal change and we can easily move the deal to different sections depending on its status.

using monday.com does mean the whole company has access to certain spreadsheets. If we were just using excel then no one else would eb able to see the document but on monday.com its visible to everyone and thus makes for slightly less privacy.
