Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
As a Learning & Development company, we use Monday.com to track progress with our programs/projects by creating project plans that list our tasks, time spent, budget allocation, profit, etc. From this, we create dashboards to give a visual overview, which we share with our team members and stakeholders, so they know how the project is progressing. As a business, we also use it to track team outputs, holidays, and our social media calendar. As an account manager, it is always open on my screen alongside our main calendar and gives me maximum visibility.

- Perhaps individual archive boards for individual boards - sometime's it's difficult to locate an archived item to account when something is done so until projects are finished, I often leave items on the board when it could be 'cleaner'
- More color shades for groups and labels
- Keep adding new widgets for dashboards to provide an even greater overview
- After the initial build, it saves a lot of time tracking our programs and updating our team and stakeholders
- It's much more affordable and user-friendly than other CRMs, we previously used Salesforce
