Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We use HRIS and payroll. Payroll can be processed for US payroll and HRIS does an ok job tracking typical HR data points.
  • Paying taxes.
  • Depositing funds correctly.
  • HRIS and payroll are not linked.
  • Reporting is at the point in time you run the report and does not reflect historical differences.
  • Reporting in general is lacking.

  • Every year when reviewing & updating departments it must be done twice because payroll is not linked to HRIS.
We're currently evaluating alternatives, but there appear to be only features to gain no matter where we look.
N/A, wasn't involved in the implementation.
It's better than manually doing it, but it is far from centralized.
Change of address and PTO approval is easily tracked.
It's just ok, plenty of shortfalls.
Small companies in need of an HRIS/payroll system would do well as you likely won't need additional functionality that isn't available.
