I am an HR Administrator at my organization responsible for overseeing quarterly and annual performance review process, exit interview process, managing and tracking leave, state registration for income tax withholding, benefits administration, inputting salary increases and promotions, org chart, password reset, etc. I am the go-to person for all things Namely.

- State registration. The Help Community is helpful but a designated support team would be more impactful.
