Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We have 4 different cities and Nextiva Business Phone Service allows us to set up a call center between the 4 branches and help answer each others calls. Forwarding calls/voicemail and tracking of data is much better than the non voip phone system we had before switching to Nextiva Business Phone Service. We have 5 employees who make up a call center and are first to answer incoming calls then it goes to a back up group of people.

  • Adding services is easy but every little things seems to be a new charge
  • They don't support alot of VOIP phones that are pretty popular
  • We are paying the same we were with spectrum but getting way better support and features
  • paying by user and not phone number is a huge plus
  • I can have my top people answering the most calls with call routing and flows
  • If phones go down i can just route them with the click of a button - no more being down for 6 hours and not receiving calls
I looked at ring central and Avaya and went with Nextiva Business Phone Service. and so far i am glad i did. No issues

I have already recommended them to multiple other businesses we work with and will do more in the future. The implementation was great and they are with you every step of the way.

Working from home is now something we can do - the app is seamless on a laptop
