Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We have 4 different cities and Nextiva Business Phone Service allows us to set up a call center between the 4 branches and help answer each others calls. Forwarding calls/voicemail and tracking of data is much better than the non voip phone system we had before switching to Nextiva Business Phone Service. We have 5 employees who make up a call center and are first to answer incoming calls then it goes to a back up group of people.

- Adding services is easy but every little things seems to be a new charge
- They don't support alot of VOIP phones that are pretty popular
- We are paying the same we were with spectrum but getting way better support and features
- paying by user and not phone number is a huge plus
- I can have my top people answering the most calls with call routing and flows
- If phones go down i can just route them with the click of a button - no more being down for 6 hours and not receiving calls
I looked at ring central and Avaya and went with Nextiva Business Phone Service. and so far i am glad i did. No issues
