Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for our company. We have Ecommerce sales/customer service lines, direct lines and retail store lines. When there is an issue, we can either call Nextiva customer support or do a live chat on their website. They always resolve our issues and in a timely manner. I've had to call due to a sales rep not receiving phone calls. It's usually something very simple. Once our problem(s) have been worked out, they send us an email with a case number and close it out. They are great to work with.

- Updates to the computer app happen often it seems.
- I'd like to be able to delete voicemails from the phone app.
- I'd like to see the phone app be similar to the computer app.
- I'd like to see the notifications go away on the phone app once you've addressed them.
- Call numbers are up 30%
- Clients leave less voicemails
- Working phones mean more business
Nextiva is way better than our former phone company, hands down! With the former phone company, we experienced dropped calls, or the app wouldn't work. We used it for many years and I don't ever remember them making any updates. Nextiva has been the best company we've used. We couldn't be happier!
