Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We use this software exclusively for event management for our two recurring events per year. Our biggest need was to find a software that could manage the capacity/robustness of one of our silent auction. The silent auction is only a small component of the larger event, and we also needed a software that could replace the need for a separate event website.
- Silent Auction
- Hosting multiple webpages
- Mobile capabilities
- Silent auction, particularly the items, could use some work. Each item only supports very small thumbnail images and there is no way to enlarge them.
- Adding an email communication option with auction participants would be helpful instead of solely relying on text.
- creating efficiencies by having one tool that we can use for our event instead of multiple softwares
- it would be better if it could integrate with our CRM; i have to do manual data entry post event to get it into our current database.
OneCause is the best event software I've tried yet in terms of supporting a number of auction related features. Our event has very specific needs and OneCause seemed to check enough boxes to fit those needs. I do think in an ideal world we would use an auction/event software that can integrate with our CRM.
