Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

It does take some time to get a good understanding of how the tool works but once you understand it you don't want to live without it.
Our sales department uses Outreach for lead generation. It has been extremely useful in helping bulk email my large account base. I use it for on-going account management and to help break into new organizations.

Pros

  • Breaking into new companies. I can customize my messages but also send a generic message to multiple users.
  • Account Management. I use Outreach to help manage my life cycle of my current accounts.

Cons

  • I would like to see Outreach create an email finder for organizations I am breaking into.
I like to see how my messaging is working. It's nice I can adjust the message to see if different approaches will work.
  • Increased Meetings
  • Increased opps
  • Increased pipeline
  • Increased revenue
They have been very responsive.
Outreach is a great tool for generic messaging. I would not recommend it for accounts where you are trying to have a customized message.
