Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

The user experience is very clean and straightforward. There are not many distractions and the system is very simple to use. Once we started using Outreach we were seeing immediate success. It allows us to get more creative with how we contact people. The integrations it offers are key as it can sync with our other systems and phones.
Outreach is used by our entire sales team to help streamline our outbound efforts to new prospects. The tool is extremely effective in enabling our team to work faster and smarter. We can have a much more targeting approach to our prospects and it helps us drive revenue. It has been a fantastic and very valuable tool for us.
  • Campaigns - you can create sequences with your own detailed messaging and set up exactly how often you want to reach out to someone.
  • Integrations with Salesforce - very simple to have both systems working in tandem. Makes it easy to import and export contacts and accounts.
  • Task Setting - one click of a button and you can set a task trigger for another time in the future. It allows you to populate the task with notes so that way people don't slip through the cracks.
  • Mass emails - if you send too many emails the system sometimes can't handle it.
  • Sometimes it can be a cumbersome process to bring in new accounts or get rid of old prospects/accounts. Doesn't let you do so on a mass level.
  • Increased the amount of meetings our sales reps have on a daily basis
  • More high quality leads which allows for better opportunities and then ultimately very good deals
  • Time saver! This tool allows for a lot of automation so our reps can allocate their time elsewhere when needed.
We have only used Outreach because it was recommended to us and it was the best choice we could have made. I have heard other companies use other tools but none are as successful as Outreach. I would not use another tool for our sales team other than Outreach.
If you have a sales team that needs to put out a high volume of calls and emails on a daily basis you need to have Outreach. It allows people to stay organized and on top of their book of business. Less appropriate if your company is not focused on outbound sales.
