Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I use PandaDoc every day to send out documents to families that require signatures. PandaDoc speeds up the entire process of getting documents signed. Where we used to mail them it could take weeks or even months to get them back. Now we get them back extremely fast, some even on the same day.
  • unlimited document uploads
  • easy to use (for both sender and signer)
  • good customer service
  • the ability to choose the color of fields that I add (ex: signature line, checkboxes, etc.)
  • If I add 2 people to be signers of a document, to make it a choice that only one of them needs to sign it for the document to be "completed"
  • We have received over 100 signed documents back in the 2 months!
  • Documents look clean and professional
I use the embedded eSignature feature daily - it has saved my office a tremendous amount of time in getting documents returned and completed.
By providing mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities, PandaDoc has given our clients a far easier and faster method to complete documents.
The documents look extremely professional! The completed "official" page that prints at the end prove the authenticity of PandaDoc.
  • We don't use it for sales - we use it for sending families documents that need signatures to make them valid.
PandaDoc is far easier to use for both the sender and the signer. It looks more professional!

I highly recommend PandaDoc to anyone that needs to receive a signature back quickly. In my line of work, documents have been sent home for signatures and they can take weeks or even months to be returned. PandaDoc has made it so that we receive signatures back sometimes even on the same day!
