Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

Implementation/Onboarding was a breeze. We got a dedicated team member who walked me through everything from phone setup, system setup and how to navigate and use everything to begin. A lot of times I do not want my hand held and like to figure out things on my own yet with this implementation i did not mind. For anyone having the same issues...there will be PLEANTY more to learn as you go. They make sure it is very hands on so you understand the process and why things are setup the way they are.
We use streams interface as a tool to communicate as a team within the office and with our customers outside of the office via text. Since our customers are companies that manufacture parts they are often busy and do not have time to speak on the phone. With the world relying on text being the main form of communication now, this has made keeping in contact with our customers much easier. Making changes to our system has been a breeze as well with the admin portal being available. Customer support is hardly needed, but when we need them, they are prompt to take care of any issues via chat in the streams interface,

Anytime I have to reach out to customer support it is always for very minimal things. Such as the phone directory sending people to the wrong extension, which usually results in the users error, not the system. Sometimes I need help navigating the admin portal and support is very good about showing HOW to do things rather than just doing it and saying you're good to go. They act like they want you to understand the system as well and become more efficient.
While we do not utilize PBX and file sharing I can say that I have tried file sharing and it works very well. For our company we have not had to dig into that too much. Messaging, as stated before has changed the way the sales team works with their customers allowing them to communicate in more ways than one ensures that they stay connected to their customers while they are busy.

Ring central & Crexendo as well though they were not listed. PanTerra showed up in every way these other companies did not. Whether it was onboarding, billing, service issues or customer support. PanTerra has always followed through and work hard to make sure that every need is met and their customers are happy and fully understand the product.
Coming from an unreliable system previously, using PanTerra has been a night and day difference. The system migration was fool proof and the dedicated associate you get when onboarding really makes everything seem smooth. After the fact, using the system was a breeze and can be very user friendly.
