Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

The implementation process is very straightforward. Working with an onboarding specialist who designs the backend and gets all the data input - your role on the outside is essentially plug-in phones at the site. Everything is done online and communication with the onboarding team is always on target for the start date of the 1st phone call for the client.
We use PanTerra Streams for all our inbound and outbound calls and online meetings with video. We use the smart box feature to securely store files and allow teams to have access to information. In addition, we use the SMS features for quick conversations with clients that don't require an extended phone call.

The support is great. It's US-based (except after-hours), English speakers (except after-hours, which defaults to India and there could be a language barrier there), 24x7, including holidays. The support personnel requires very little information to understand the problem and resolve it quickly. Out of all the times I've contacted support, I've never had multiple calls/follow-ups to resolve an issue. It's always resolved on the first call.
The PBX system is great. It's very feature-rich and the backend system is very easy to manage (although there is a small learning curve to the system, however, training does help immensely). One of the greatest things about PanTerra Streams is the ability to use the physical phone, softphone on your mobile device, or software on the computer. You can use one or all of them interchangeably. The messaging is great. Having the SMS feature is nice for when you need to reach out to someone, but it doesn't require a phone call. Short and simple.

It's well suited in probably any environment from 5 users to 500 users. Scalability is simple and flawless. Working directly with account managers is excellent and getting discounts on hardware and term contracts is great! It's even a great service and product for when a client has 2 organizations in one office and uses one of the phones, which can accommodate 2 organizations at the same time.
