Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
From a marketing prospective, we used PF as a content library housing external facing assets such as flyers, whitepapers, thought leadership articles.
- Organized view of content assets
- Ability to promote similar content for users to continue their journey
- Great tracking on time users spend in particular content sets
- easier ways to share both static documents/PDF and videos or webinars on-demand
- get details on usage but would appreciate more filtering capabilities by organization and users
- Unfortunately, TR didn't renew our contract and I was only exposed to the platform for less than a year would have liked more time to work on being more proficient with all the tools and data reporting
I do believe when we were using PF it definitely was a great content hub to share externally with customers all the valuable marketing assets with the ability to consume more and more content at their leisure vs. a website or email campaign. I was not on the demand generation side of PF solely was there it build the content library with all newly created assets.
Yes, it was worth the effort. TR and PF provided a couple of educational training sessions approximately 30 minutes each which was well worth it just wish I had more time with the platform.
Not being on the purchasing side of marketing rather focused on content creation and library set up - I would have to assume that the ability and functionality of PF making it very easy and efficient for prospects to consume as much content as possible to help them make a purchasing decision faster. Being able to self-educate and binge on materials would definitely help the sales reps close deals faster.

I view Advisor and PF as different platforms with different use cases. Advisor for sales enablement, support and training of internal teams vs. PF as a content hub for prospects and existing customers.
