Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's used by the entire organization for payroll and time & attendance purposes. There are no specific business problems it addresses. The functionality we were looking for is a platform that integrates time and attendance with payroll and it does that.

Pros and Cons

Dashboard is user friendly
Making corrections in the time & attendance module is easy
Integration with payroll is seamless

Reports - are not as robust as I'd like
Programming the specific payroll types in cumbersome
Locating and navigating the instructions is not straightforward. As a super user, it is not clear what access I do and don't have.

Positively - I used the gamut of payroll and employee data reports to track turnover, benefits, compensation and other HR related items.

Support Rating

The resolutions I receive are good, but this year there have been some long wait times. Also, reaching my specific representative is sometimes a challenge, although it's not specific to my new rep. It could be that I don't know their hours, so I end up using a general firm representative, but I had the same issue with my former representative.
