Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
At Glacier Peak Cold Storage we partner with Paychex Flex for all of our payroll and payroll taxes. With Paychex Flex handling our weekly payroll, garnishments, vacation & sick time balances, payroll tax collection, and quarterly filing, our company is assured of accuracy and on-time filing. Paychex Flex real-time reports and the ability to create custom reports at a click of my mouse is a great business feature. Paychex Flex's employee online option gives our team a voice and personal involvement in their paycheck. The biggest problem Paychex Flex addresses, in my opinion, is how much time and concern it saves me. I'm comfortable knowing my Paychex Flex agent has everything covered for me. It's like having a personal assistant!
- Live Reports, the ability to pull up current data from payroll taxes to vacation balance are among the many strengths of Paychex Flex.
- Having Paychex Flex Agent at the click of a mouse or the other end of a phone line is very comforting.
- Our Team prefers the privacy of being able to get their pay stubs from the comfort of home and knowing their pay will be in their bank account on payday.
- Paychex Flex has a program 'Flex Time'. This program tracks each employee's start and finish times, loading the hours directly into payroll. Always providing the Administrator access to make adjustments or changes as needed. Glacier Peak is a new company of agriculture workers, we experience seasonal employee turnover, language challenges and no technical department (at this time) to use the cell phone feature or the finances needed for kiosk making this program unobtainable. If Paychex Flex could come up with a second-hand devise program perhaps by offering a trade-up incentive, even their smaller/newer clients could benefit from the many features 'Flex Time' offers.
