Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I am an owner-sole shareholder and, frankly, Paychex Flex has enormously simplified my payroll and tax compliance. Before Paychex Flex, I was paying my quarterly taxes myself but now, as a PTE and employee, it’s all handled by Paychex. This product is so simple, so easy to use that it’s made my business in the last 12 months save thousands. I couldn’t appreciate it more.

So easy to use. Adjusting pay is simple. Processing payroll is simple. Adding line items for checks is easy.
Paychex helped tremendously in setting up my business as an owner sole shareholder. It could use work in the unemployment insurance area since I’ve had issues with their effectiveness there, submitting info in a timely manner to prevent the government from coming after me
