Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for all payroll functions and for applicants tracking and eVerify.

  • Driver's license tracking for companies that require this.
  • Ease of processing payroll saves many man hours per week
  • easy benefits administration saves 20 hours per month
  • review tracking and changes in salary for employee recognition
Paycom has far better and more reliable customer service and is very user-friendly. Accurate payroll processing the first time, every time. Very cost-effective. Paycom has superior applicant tracking, easy-to-use tax return data for hiring veterans, etc. Paycom team members treat everyone with respect and work to resolve issues. First-class operation and I would find it difficult to leave them even if they raised pricing.

Best in class customer service and highly responsive. Excellent applicant tracking and accurate payroll processing. Great end of year data. Easy to onboard new hires and start their benefits.

I have asked for and would like one stop shopping for certain regulatory items like tracking the expiration of driver's licenses since it is a requirement of our company to track and this would make it easier.
